The park pavilions, space and picnic tables are first come, first serve. So the earlier Clubs arrive the better chances of getting a picnic table and pavilion. 

COST: $5.00 per person until October 13 at 5:00pm  (includes event and patch)

$10 per person after October 13 (we don’t guarantee that you will receive a patch)

8:45 – 9:10 am Directors Meeting

9:15 – 9:40 am Opening Ceremony

9:45 – 11:15 am  Activities

11:15 am – 12:00 pm Lunch

12:00 – 1:00 pm Activities Resume

1:00 – 1:30 pm Closing Ceremony
